From the initial notification, we take full responsibility for liaising with the policyholder, attending site, taking samples, testing for asbestos and then making further arrangements for removal and repair if required. We work closely with the insurers' preferred repair companies to ensure that all works are completed in an acceptable timeframe for the policyholder.

 

We have an established reputation for providing a reliable and rapid response services to national clients, often on a framework contract basis. 

Through a strict set of Service Level Agreements, Aspect is well positioned to address and overcome tough commercial and logistical challenges. We pride ourselves with our bespoke insurance-based CRM system, digital pen technology and staff training initiatives. 

Core Service Offerings: 

• Policy holders are contacted within 30 minutes of receiving instruction

• Attend site within 3 working days to sample materials

• Hand deliver to a national analytical laboratory (with 48 hour turnaround on analysis)

• Within 10 days of receiving instruction from the Client, to attend site and undertake removal

• Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction levels of no less than 97% 

Our operational centres for Inspection Services undertake some 100 to 120 inspections per day and Removal Services undertakes between 40 to 50 removal contracts per day.
