One of Aspect’s real strengths is that it will always rise to the challenges set by its clients. They don’t want to have to concern themselves with what a contractor is up to – they just want to appoint them and trust them to deliver, however tough the job.

A recent contract with a major pharmaceutical firm illustrates why Aspect earns the trust of its customers. The first task was to complete a large-scale void cleaning project in a relatively short time frame – achieved by being able to deploy extra manpower for the duration. The second task was that most of the working was above occupied areas – met by having the experience in intricate cleaning this sort of job demanded, governed by the most rigorous operating procedures. Thirdly, this was a security conscious site – no problem for Aspect staff who have been cleared to work in areas requiring the strictest security measures eg the Royal Palaces. Last but not least, was the challenge of providing urgent maintenance work in contaminated areas that had previously been off-limits to regular trades people. We were able to bring in our own asbestos-aware allied trades – plumbers and electricians – to conduct any essential works and so relieve the client of an additional headache.
