Delivering a service when a client needs it, however difficult the circumstances, is something that Aspect is well used to. The removal of AIB and cleaning of stock at an Aberdeen branch of WHSmith had to take place in the run up to Christmas – and as it is the busiest time of the year for the retailer, the store had to remain open. However, a seven man team from Aspect’s Milton Keynes office not only managed to finish the job two days early but conducted the whole project without any inconvenience to the general public. In fact, shoppers remained oblivious to the fact that asbestos works were taking place around then – vitally important given that WHSmith wanted to maximise footfall during seasonal trading.
