Aspect always prides itself on providing consistently good service, whatever the scope or size of a contract. Quality is not something we save for the beginning or end of a job, it’s there for the duration. A current contract for South Essex Homes is an excellent example of our philosophy in action.
SEH manage and maintain the housing stock for Southend Borough Council and we are retained to undertake asbestos surveys as and when requested – these can be Type 1, 2 or 3 but are predominantly Type 2. We are now five months into a rolling contract and our performance in the field has been recently assessed by means of a telephone survey with householders.
The survey findings revealed that against a target of 95%, Aspect scored 96% in terms of overall satisfaction with the service provided and the standard of survey undertaken; 100% in terms of the politeness of the survey staff; 96% in terms of punctuality; and 100% in terms of tidiness of working.
We welcome monitoring of our performance by clients as their observing of our quality and professionalism is absolutely key to maintaining those contracts in the future. The good reports that we have enjoyed in South Essex seem to indicate a very widespread satisfaction with our workmanship. More surveying success for Aspect!
