Aspect Awarded a Place on Yorkshire Housing's Framework

Aspect Contracts have been awarded a place on the framework for Yorkshire Housing to provide asbestos removal services throughout it's housing stock. The framework will last for four years.

Yorkshire Housing Limited (YHL) is a £70million turnover charitable business currently employing over 750 people. YHL aims to be one of the best providers of homes and support. YHL currently provides more than 16,000 affordable homes throughout Yorkshire operating in the following areas: Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Doncaster, East Riding, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Rotherham, Ryedale, Selby, Sheffield, Wakefield and York.


Aspect Appointed Supply Partner for Northern Housing Consortium

Aspect have been appointed as a Supply Partner for the Framework Agreement for asbestos management and asbestsos abatement services for Northern Housing Consortium.

We have succesfully been awarded a place on the framework for both licenced and non-licenced asbestos removal works.

The framework is for 48 months and the services will be delivered for and/or on behalf of the Member organisations of the Northern Housing Consortium (NHC), within the Member organisation’s housing stock, including domestic properties, sheltered schemes, non-domestic premises (including communal areas and buildings, community buildings, office premises etc.)

Aspect Awarded Reading Borough Council 1.5m Term Contract

Aspect are pleased to announce that it has been awarded a £1.5m three year term contract for asbestos removal and remediation services to Reading Borough Council.

The contract involves asbestos removal and remediation throughout the Council's portfolio of housing properties, which includes 6,000 tenanted homes and communal areas and will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend.
